TERMS AND CONDITIONS – AURALIS MEDIA LLC 
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Auralis Media LLC (“Company”) and the Client (“Client OR Payee”), effective upon payment of the issued invoice. By submitting payment, the Client acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the following legally binding terms: 
 

1. No Refund Policy
   All sales are final. Once payment has been submitted, there shall be no refunds under any circumstance. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with creative direction, timeline delays due to client non-responsiveness, editorial discretion, or platform performance. By paying the invoice, the Client affirms full understanding and acceptance of this no-refund policy.
2. Dispute and Chargeback Policy
   Client agrees not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes through their financial institution. Should a chargeback or dispute be filed for any reason, a new invoice will be immediately issued to the Client for the disputed amount plus a 20% penalty, in addition to all associated legal, administrative, and collection fees. Failure to pay the reissued invoice within five (5) business days will result in legal action and potential referral to collections.
3. Content Ownership and Public Use
   By engaging in any feature, placement, interview, or collaboration with Auralis Media LLC, Client grants the Company full, irrevocable rights to use, publish, and distribute submitted materials, photography, brand imagery, interviews, and likeness in all forms of media, including but not limited to print, digital, social platforms, podcast, video, press, and affiliate placements. Client consents to their content being publicly available without restriction or expiration.
4. Editorial Control
   Auralis Media LLC maintains full editorial discretion over the presentation, formatting, tone, length, and platform of distribution for all features. Client may not demand edits, rewrites, or alterations once the final piece has been published. Suggested edits may be considered but are not guaranteed.
5. Client Responsibility
   Client agrees to provide all required materials (images, written responses, permissions, etc.) in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in a delay of the project timeline. Delays caused by the Client do not constitute grounds for refund or dispute.
6. Legal Jurisdiction
   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Dane County, Wisconsin, and the Client hereby irrevocably consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
7. Indemnification
   Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Auralis Media LLC, its affiliates, partners, staff, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or legal actions resulting from the content or representations made in their submitted materials, including unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property or defamation.
8. Entire Agreement
   This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Auralis Media LLC and the Client and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or communications, whether oral or written.
9. Delinquent Payments and Collections
   Any payment plan installment that remains unpaid for more than 3 days past its scheduled due date, once beyond the initial 30-day period, will be forwarded to our collections accountant. There are no exceptions to this policy. Additionally, any payments that are 30 days past due and not part of an active payment plan will also be transferred to our collections accountant for further action.

Auralis Media LLC Event Financial & Liability Agreement
By purchasing a ticket and attending any event by Auralis Media LLC, you agree to the following terms:
 
1. Financial Responsibility
All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds, no transfers, and no exceptions.
It is your sole responsibility to cover all costs associated with attending the event, including but not limited to:
Travel
Accommodations
Meals not explicitly stated as included
Personal expenses
 
2. Included Meals & Inclusions
General Admission tickets include lunch and beverages on both event days.
VIP Admission tickets include all General Admission inclusions plus an all-inclusive dinner and after-party access.
Any food, beverage, or experience beyond what is explicitly listed as included above is the attendee’s responsibility.
 
3. Personal Liability
Auralis Media Co. and its affiliates, contractors, or vendors are not responsible for:
Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
Injuries or accidents that occur before, during, or after the event
Personal, professional, or financial decisions made by attendees as a result of the event
Unforeseen travel delays, weather, illness, or any personal circumstances that may affect attendance
 
4. Assumption of Risk
By attending, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you assume full responsibility for any risks or consequences associated with your presence at the event.
 
5. Media Release
By entering the event premises, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for marketing, editorial, and promotional purposes across all Auralis Media Co. platforms.

By submitting payment, Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms above and affirms legal responsibility for their participation and cooperation in the feature process.
